From My Clients

I was very surprised how much I really enjoyed and learned from this class. Debra is the best teacher I have had in a very long time.  Loved it!

Very well presented and in a very serene environment.  One of the best CE courses I have experienced. Have been a massage therapist since 1988.

-- PS, Wilmington, NC

This course, experience and instructor not only allowed me to release and ground myself unlike anytime previously, but empowered and reassured me that my perceptions, intuition and degree of energy absorption is very relative and unique to each session and with each practitioner.  Thank You!

Debra was an amazing teacher.  She created such an open, healing, trusting environment.  I would love to take another class from her.  She is a very wise, intuitive and powerful healer.  It was an honor to be in her class.

This experience is beyond words.  Debra did a wonderful job explaining, opening space and allowing the atunement to open and reiki to work its magic.

Besides being a gifted teacher in presenting material and supporting learning—the quality of materials and thoughtfulness in their presentation as well as content is superior!  Thank you!

This is my 2nd time taking Reiki II, but w/a new instructor and new place. Excellent experience! The course material was well presented. The manner of instruction was suitable to all learning types.

-- Ginger, Hillsborough, NC

I so appreciate all the modalities you brought in (music, art, sacred space, stones). Your presence, cadence, manner of communication, and honoring of your students’ ideas and experience is greatly appreciated and is a gift to your students. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and your authenticity.

Cranio Sacral

The CranioSacral System protects and nourishes the brain and spinal cord and affects nearly every aspect of central nervous system performance. Delicate manual techniques that work deep into the fascia are used to release restrictions in the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround the brain and the spinal cord to improve function of the Central Nervous System (CNS). When the CNS functions well, muscles relax, circulation improves, and pain and swelling decrease. When the body functions well, metabolism improves, the immune system strengthens, hormones and blood chemistry balance.

Treatment of restriction in the craniosacral system, involves the attachments of the dura mater membranes to the skull bones, the vertebrae of the upper neck, the sacrum in the low back, and the openings in the skull and vertebral column that allow passage for major nerves going to all parts of the body. Craniosacral therapy utilizes the connection to the fascia and connective tissues in the body to locate and release restrictive movement anywhere in the body.

Using no more than 5 grams of pressure (or the weight of a nickel), Craniosacral therapy releases pain at the source: decreasing stress, strengthening resistance to disease, and enhancing health. Back in balance, we are able to grow positively in mind, body and spirit. Tapping into the body’s self-correcting mechanisms can also allow for the release of the energetic and biologic overloads associated with emotional stressors such as grief and loss.

Effective for: TMJ dysfunction, head, neck, and back pain, central nervous system disorders, chronic sadness or state of fear, vertigo or ringing in the ear, post accident or surgery recovery, stress, proactive health maintenance, and much more!

When we inhale we are taking life in. When we exhale, Spirit is taking us in.

Dr. Darren Weissman

The soul of man with all the streams of pure living water seems to dwell in the fascia of his body.

He who is able to reason will see that the great river of life must be tapped and the fields irrigated at once or the harvest of health will be forever lost.
